JobOps FAQ
What is my workspace?
Your own private computer in the cloud. When you join, JobOps sets one up just for you — a dedicated machine with its own browser that only your account can reach. Your searches run there, your files live there, and it keeps working for you while your laptop is closed.
Is my workspace shared with anyone?
No. Every account gets its own isolated machine. Your files, sign-ins, and browsing never touch another account's workspace.
Where do my sign-ins live?
Inside your workspace, and nowhere else. JobOps never sees or types your passwords, and it pauses for you whenever a site asks for MFA, a CAPTCHA, or another security check.
Whose AI does JobOps use?
Your own OpenAI account. You connect it once with a one-time code, and that sign-in stays in your workspace — JobOps never sees it.
Can I watch what it’s doing?
Yes. Open your workspace from the dashboard at any time to see the browser JobOps uses, exactly as it left it.
