Terms of Service
The agreement between you and JobOps.
Effective September 2, 2026 · Back to JobOps
Who you are agreeing with
Lambda-Phi JobOps ("JobOps") is provided by Lambda-Phi of San Jose, California ("we", "us"). These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and any dispute belongs to the courts located in Santa Clara County, California, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.
The service
JobOps is a job-search assistant in private preview. It runs in a dedicated workspace set up for your account: an automated browser, signed in to your own accounts, checks the job boards in your search, evaluates roles against a profile you approve, and fills application forms with materials prepared for your review. JobOps never submits an application or contacts an employer for you — you review and send every application yourself. Some job boards restrict automated use in their own terms; you choose which sites JobOps works on, and you are responsible for your use of them.
Invitations and accounts
The preview is invitation-based. An invitation admits one person to one account; keep your sign-in credentials to yourself and tell us if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You must be at least 18 years old to use JobOps.
Your accounts and prerequisites
Using JobOps requires a résumé and your own AI, professional-network, and Google accounts. Those accounts remain yours, under their providers' own terms, and charges from those account providers are separate from your JobOps subscription. You sign in to each of them yourself during setup; JobOps does not ask for those passwords. Where a job board requires its own account, JobOps can create one for you and keeps its generated password in your workspace's credential store. While our Google verification is in progress, Google shows an "unverified app" step when you connect Gmail and Calendar; connecting is your choice.
Subscription and billing
JobOps is a monthly subscription billed by our payment processor on its own secure pages; we never see or store your card number. The preview rate is $20/month — half the full $40/month price — and stays $20/month for as long as your subscription stays active. You can cancel at any time: your subscription then runs to the end of the period you already paid for and does not renew. Fees for a period that has started are not refunded. Prices are shown before you pay, and taxes may apply depending on where you live.
Acceptable use
JobOps is for your own lawful job search. Don't use it to misrepresent your identity or experience, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell access. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Your content
Your résumé, your profile, and the materials JobOps prepares from them are yours. We use them only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We never use them to train models.
Honest limits
JobOps is provided as is, during an early preview. We make no promise of interviews, offers, or a shorter search, and no promise that every run completes — job boards change, and when something needs you, the product says so. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Ending the service
You can stop using JobOps and cancel at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account, its workspace, and the data that goes with it. We may suspend or end accounts for abuse of these terms, and we may change or end the preview itself; if we do, we will tell you by email.
Changes and contact
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will email you before the change takes effect. Questions: [email protected].
